  • Decrease neurotransmitter release

  • Activate descending inhibitory pain pathways

  • Reduce postsynaptic sensitivity and alleviate neural inflammation

  • Modulate CB1 receptors within central nociception processing areas

  • Attenuate inflammation through CB2 receptor activation
